Sometimes a ScreenshotGo QR code or coupon link may not open correctly. This can happen because of a damaged code, an outdated link, a connection problem, or an offer that has changed.
What should I try first?
If a QR code does not work:
Make sure your phone camera can clearly see the entire QR code
Move closer or farther away
Try better lighting
Clean your camera lens
Try opening the QR code with another phone or QR scanner
If a clickable link is available, try opening the link directly
If a coupon link does not open:
Check your internet connection
Refresh the page
Try another browser
Try again on another device
Make sure the full link was copied correctly
What if the QR code opens the wrong page?
Do not use the offer if the page does not appear to match the business or coupon shown.
Report the issue to ScreenshotGo and include:
Business name
Coupon or offer name
Where you found the QR code or link
What happened when you opened it
The location involved, if applicable
What if the coupon page says the offer is unavailable?
The coupon may have:
Expired
Been paused
Been removed
Been updated
Become unavailable at that participating location
Review the coupon information or contact ScreenshotGo Support if you believe there is a problem.
